Waterfall

Design C is a waterfall, to be ran along the center of the south side of the bridge.  Placement is here because the south side is more industrial, and the pedestrian walkway is on the north side anyway, looking out over the river, the new apartments, and the lake.  This design moves water, possibly grey water from a sub pump, up the large white columns, through irrigated garden hose, or punctured pvc pipes that line the length of the center of the bridge.  The holes will create a stunning visual for passerby's, illuminated by lighting, and will enhance the experience o

Waving Banners

Design B is at the center of the bridge, mostly to attract people to bridge, to be seen by those using transportation, as it consists of streamers, or air-powered plastic tubes, similar to those dancing tube people you see in car lots or strip malls.  Ideal placement would be on the south side, as the metro, other bridges, and more of the city is along that side.

Silhouettes

Design A will placed at either end of the bridge, not the center.  The large windows will be covered with plastic sheets, to be lit from behind, with either the blue lights that are there or others.  These covers will have objects behind them, but in front of the light, such as figurines, or plants, to create shadows as people progress across the bridge to the center.  These sheets could be placed on one side or both.
