Would you contact the vendors already involved with the Bridge Project to be located in the tent shops during the event? What would the tents look like? How could they be constructed? Do they have to be in a fixed location or could they be more like kiosks that could be wheeled to different locations over the course of the 2 day event? I think the idea of mobile kiosks is an interesting concept to pursue.

What about one large kiosk that kind of bottlenecks a part of the bridge? Get a few propane grills, some burgers, hot dogs, section off parts of it for selling food, parts for selling some cool t-shirts we'll all make, and some sticks to stave off the lines of hungry people wanting cool t-shirts. I get the feeling that the original idea was for a something a bit more like a bazaar, but I worry that at this short of a notice it might be difficult to get any actual amount of vendors.
