Hands of Cleveland

The Hands of Cleveland allows everyone walking on the bridge to make their hand print on Cleveland's skyline. They can pick the color of their choice and also sign their name. After the bridge project the skylines can be placed in a public building and displayed. As a way to get people to find the entrances to the bridge and to help advertize it, large hands can be placed throughout the city pointing to a bridge entrance.
